Dr Nancy Mallerou is the founder of the Life Clinic Group and currently seeking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support her in various aspects of her work. You will be the primary liaison between herself, the schedule, esteemed clients, extensive network, planned events, and our remarkable virtual team. If you possess an unparalleled talent for organization, seamless communication, efficient delegation, and swift implementation, this position is tailor-made for YOU.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Digital marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
- 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in working with Google Drive, drop box etc
- Portable office setup, including a Mac or PC computer with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a Smartphone with email capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills for logistical tasks, scheduling, and email management.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a track record of meeting or beating deadlines with zero errors.
- Aptitude for assessing and adapting to project urgency and responding swiftly to requests.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent our Founder impeccably, including networking communications and potential pitching opportunities.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and care, both externally and internally, with a special focus on supporting the Founder.
- Capability to schedule and plan personal needs, photoshoots, appointments, and other related tasks.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik tok and YouTube.
- Ability to write newsletters
- A positive attitude, fun personality, and a solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:
- Extremely self-motivated: can you manage your own time and be self-disciplined in order to get things done!
- Able to maintain executive’s appointments/calendar by planning and scheduling all meetings, conferences, and styling appointments, and able to change all those at a moment’s notice!
- Able to handle email management and organization – responding on the client’s behalf, acting as the liaison between clients/third parties and the Founder, flagging important emails, etc.
- Able to actively support customer service by responding to client emails & phones, customer questions, networking/media reach outs/ opportunities and more.
- Tech savvy (MS Office, Google Docs, Canva, Vimeo, ThriveCart, Active Campaign, WordPress etc.), and if you don’t know it, can you learn it?
- A life-long learner: you thrive on learning new tools.
